Can I use this service for preventative care?

Yes! We can do a home inspection and make a personalized plan even if you are not seeing mice or rats in your home. We can repair any possible entry points and/or put traps out based on our expert plan and what you might want to do. No one wants to see rodents, prevention is always an option. 

Is bait station maintenance needed if no more activity is inside the home?

Yes! After repairs and exclusions rodents will be deterred outside. Even if you are not noticing activity inside, rodents use their senses heavily to find heat or food and could still try to create another entry point. Bait stations are another safety measure to control the rodent problem.
